*I was in charge of arrangement
of this Yamanashi event. I booked the chartered bus, made reservation
of the restaurant and vineyard. Although I checked everything
again and again, I was under pressure on the day. Unfortunately
it rained and was cold. Regardless of the early-appointed time
for meeting, most participants arrived on time.
The weather got better after we left Shinjuku for Yamanashi
by bus and we all had fun on the way. After we had delicious
lunch at Okonomiyaki (Japanese-style pancake containing vegetables
and other foodstuff) restaurant, we headed to the vineyard.
The place was nice and cool. Grape picking was more exciting
than we imagined!
The event went well to the last though there were some little
troubles. I was finally relieved and wanted to thank all the
other members for their support. I hope that we could plan this
kind of event again.

*The weather forecast for the day was rain. There must
be a rain woman among us! But our wish reached to the sky and
it got better. The bus tour went in a happy harmony, and we
had enough Okonomiyaki and wine at the restaurant. Grapes of
the vineyard we visited were all sweet and good! I really enjoyed
the holiday mood, although I fall into a deep sleep at a bar
in Shinjuku 2-chome after that.

*Since I love grapes, I myself was excited about this
event. When researching vineyards around Katsunuma, I visited
some website by chance and I saw on its top page the picture
of a rebuilt old warehouse. Just then I decided to visit the
vineyard for grape picking.
On the very day, the leader (Midori) was reliable so that participants
looked relaxing. At the Okonomiyaki restaurant we enjoyed lunch
and I appreciated thoughtful accommodation of staff. The vineyard
was great just as I imagined, where we spared the limited time.
I planed an event that I would be able to enjoy. I prepared
to have a good time and I had. It was a good chance to me to
remember the original purpose as a supporter.

*I researched bus
rental agencies, planned time schedule and created leaflets
for the tour, however I myself couldn't join it. As I saw thank
you comments on Bravissima! BBS from participants, I was relieved
and felt happy. The owner of the Okonomiyaki restaurant is a
friend of mine so I really wanted to join the event. I was also
relieved to know that it didn't rain. Was that because I, the
rain woman, didn't participate?

*I was excited about this event, a tour by a reserved
bus, at the stage of planning. I regretted that I could not
participate this time. When I heard that the typhoon is coming
around that day, I worried about grapes of the vineyard. But
the weather was nice and I was happy to hear that people enjoyed
the tour. I would like to plan various kind of enjoyable event
from now on.
