I am glad because what we've discussed and planned for a year
takes shape at last. There still are lots of things to be reconsider
though. I would like to work together with other members and
all of you to make Bravissima! a pleasant place for communication.
As for the renewal, I really enjoyed planning. I didn't participate
in constructing very much, but I am happy that we can finally
come to the end (start) after so many discussions.
I rewrite text for Support page many times and every time I
consider the reason why I want to support Bravissima! I don't
want to lose this place that gives me chances to see people
and show what I really am. There are a lot we got to do but
I want to enjoy all the time.
It's been a year since we started voluntary support activity,
and it's going to take shape after the renewal. Everything starts
now. Let's get on the stick!
As for the renewal, I made suggestions and participated in creating
not only the page I'm in charge of but also the whole site.
I realized how big this site was and it was a good chance for
me to know its 4-year history. Official inauguration of the
organization was our goal from the start. I know that it will
be harder after the inauguration so I now have a sobering effect.
I hope that Bravissima! would always be an enjoyable place for
ever, and I want to go step by step.

The contents of English version are less than Japanese version,
but still there is a lot of text to be translated. It was difficult
and took much time to translate from Japanese to English. I'm
working on this alone but I appreciate other members' cooperation.
I hope that the English version will help expand the possibility
of communication between different cultures.

ハンディのある人がBravissima!に出てくるようになったのをうけて、ハンディキャップをテーマに資料を集めていたら、膨大な量になってしまい、動けなくなったことも（苦笑）ひとつひとつにしぼっての作業の中で、改めて「自分とは何者か？」とアイデンティティーに揺れ動き、まさしく、自己との戦いでした。コラムだけは何度も何度も修正に泣かされて、やっと完成したときはなんとも言いかえられない喜びでした!
ハンディを持つセクシャルマイノリティの人達が、一人だけ悩み抱え込まないでハンディのない人と一緒に協力し合って生きていけたらいいなと思っています。

| Living Information page newly

In the present law, lesbians are positioned as
only single women. I wanted to provide necessary and usable
information for women in living and working. To gather information
was a difficult task and required long time. Luckily there were
various expert in users whom I could ask questions. I really
appreciated it. Now I'm looking for someone who knows well about
real estate.
First I got into a tangle with others. It was like we weren't
speaking the same language. But now I am happy that we could
start this new section at last. It'll take time before I update
this section but I want to complete it little by little.

"If my knowledge in movies could be any
help..." I volunteered casually. That's the beginning of
my support activity. In selecting movies and writing introductory
essays, I come to set my goal to make this section the best
among any other lesbian web sites. I saw movies I've seen one
more time. It took about 2 months for me to collect information
and writing essays of 35 movies. I greatly appreciated other
members' cooperation in checking text and offering opinions.
I also took part in total renewal of the movie section. It was
an interesting experience. From now on, I will do my best to
expand and enrich the section by updating and feature planning. |
