What is Rosetta stone?
Rosetta Stone was a stone on which Egyptian oracles inscribed the
decisions of general meeting around 196 AC. It was found by one young
officer of Napoleon troops at the mouth of Nile in 1798. The epigraph
was written with 3 different types of lettering, hieroglyph, Demotic,
and Greek, and became a catalyst of decoding the Egyptian character.
It proved that if there to be said a same thing, it is possible to
understand the language of a different civilization.
